Responsibilites

▪ Drive sales to key and new clients in China in the fish processing industry.
▪ Working with and supported by Industry Sales Managers, Product Specialists, and the Sales
Engineering teams in Oceania, Iceland and Denmark to determine the real customer need
and develop and sell solutions.
▪ Identifying and implementing ‘operational sales plans’ annually and achieving the
objectives in terms of sales and margins.
▪ Establishing and implementing a local marketing plan, aimed at targeting and maintaining
contacts with customers and associates.
▪ Coordinating the sales process to the internal organization and the external customer.
▪ Driving the sales of both standard equipment and solutions as well as larger systems
involving major capital investments .

Qualifications

▪ Experience in conducting the sales of Capital Equipment (including transactions averaging
over €100,000).
▪ Experience working in the fish or other protein processing industries, or in international
capital goods sales (desirable)
▪ Previously worked in international matrix organisation (desirable)
▪ Tertiary qualifications – Bachelor’s degree or higher
▪ Excellent time management and organizational skills – ability to prioritize tasks to meet
regional goals.
▪ Ability to work autonomously and remotely
▪ Client-oriented and skilled in liaising, exercise initiative and sound judgement.
▪ Fluent in English and Mandarin languages both spoken and written.
