Responsibilites

You will be responsible for developing our feed additive business in Southern part of Vietnam.
Your duties will focus on acquiring new customers proactively. In details your responsibilities
include:
 To prepare and implement business plan on accounts in your area
 To frequently visit our customers and establish a strong relationship with them and have a good knowledge about the value chain of account customers to deliver the products, programs or services they need.
 To manage and give support to company distributors in your area
 To ensure good communication with the RTM and other KAM in Vietnam.
 To prepare and full fill the yearly budget
 To report to Country Manager

Qualifications

 Proven success in sales at least 5 years within the feed industry (B to B environment)
 Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
 Have an agricultural background
 Local language on a native level
 English language on a communicative level
 Commercial attitude
 Technical understanding about the livestock industry
 Experience with MS Office
 Experience with e-mail software
 Emotional maturity and resiliency in difficult circumstances
 Understanding of general mathematical concepts to calculate budgets and sales targets
