Responsibilites

 Building and maintaining relations with new and existing customers and other (internal and
external) stakeholders in order to become our customer expert in Poultry;
 Ensure deep trust and involvement by developing intimate understanding of customer
needs and be able to create opportunities with customers;
 Determining and executing operational sales plans for your area in line with the strategic
plan;
 Realization of your commercial targets;
 Give feedback on market development towards market intelligence;
 Participating at (inter)national trade shows and our Customer Events;
 Selling directly and with support of the Regional Sales Director.

Qualifications

 You have a bachelor degree within a technical or commercial area;
 You will have an existing network in the poultry or meat industries;
 As a person, you are emphatic, energetic and sharp, result driven, independent and you
have an entrepreneurial mindset. You are down to earth and you have a pragmatic way of
approaching your job and its tasks;
 Last but not least, you are willing to travel circa 50-70% of your time within your area.
