Responsibilites

 Establish, build and execute the business model in Southeast Asia (SEA). This includes managing the sales relationship with external/internal customers (including our BU’s such as our Animal Nutrition (CAN), and Grain & Oilseeds Supply Chain (GOSC)) with our service providers (eg. research, logistics, procurement, marketing) and other key players within the Aquaculture product line and supply chain.

 Develop extensive market research of aquaculture feed industry and potential customers in SEA. Define the target customer base.

 Develop and structure sales proposals for new, innovative solutions; across multiple functions that represent maximum value optimization to the customer and our business. Ensure proposals incorporate customer’s key issues, needs and requirements.

 Business Planning: Development and execution of customer development plans for key accounts in Southeast Asia. Retain and expand strong working relationships with large-sized established customers; and build multiple-level and cross-functional relationships across customer buying influences.

 Accountable for the overall success of the business in SEA and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
 Bachelor’s Degree (as appropriate for country norms).
 Minimum 7 years of experience in business-to-business sales with animal feed industry.
 Broad knowledge of the aquaculture feed industry in Southeast Asia.
 Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical data and information.
 Demonstrated ability to present to groups.
 Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills with capacity to interact with multiple levels of the business
 Fluency in both written/ verbal English and at least one of the following languages: Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian or Malay.
 Willingness to travel 50-75%
 Openness to relocate

Preferred Qualifications
 Bachelor’s or advanced degree in animal nutrition, agricultural, aquaculture and / or business.
 Minimum 2 years of experience with international business.
 Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the animal feed industry.
 Experience in sales as a supplier with the aquaculture industry (production aquaculture/animal feed industry).
 Experience working with product /service development teams
