Develop and grow the sales and sales network across the region
Conduct the market research in assigned countries
Identified new markets for existing product range
Implement marketing promotion
Keep good relations with clients
Build up the dealer network in required regions
Achieve annual sales target.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5-10 years trading experience in agriculture industry.
Capability to learn agriculture machinery industry, related education is plus as is the knowledge of selling capital equipment
A person who enjoys working with different cultures in the Asia region
A good team player who can motivate, support and encourage local distribution partners and also communication with the European HQ
Strong communication skills and good networker
Good level of written and spoken English
Willingness to travel most of the time
The technical or agronomic academic background will be considered a plus.
