 Maintain good relationship with existing customers and identify competitive advantages to
build a strong pipeline of opportunities in the feed additive segment.
 Achieve annual financial targets set by company.
 Responsible for all sales activities to the Key accounts within Regional.
 Develop new customers and introduce new products to existing customers.
 Work closely with other departments and colleagues to gain supports.


 Bachelor degree or above in relevant disciplines (Animal Nutrition and Feed Technology,
Animal Science, etc.).
 Over 5 years’ experience in sales and business development in Feed Additive related
 In-depth knowledge of Feed Additive industry including products, technologies, customers
and competitions.
 Good customer base to start with would be desirable.
 Strong Presentation and negotiation skill.
 Key account management skills.
 Business acumen, Ability to close the deal.
 High integrity, result-driven, motivated in developing new customers.
