1) Sales Leadership & Customer Management
 Maximize Sales Volumes, Gross Margins, and Business Contribution across all species and
 Develop and maintain key business relationships with customers, key influencers, and
relevant stakeholders that help to enable business growth.
 Pricing management, understand market trends for ingredients and products to maintain our
competitive position to grow/sustain volumes as per business targets.
 Be responsible for front line execution and sales results by leading and driving sales
management team to monitor and perform right sales and marketing activities per the market needs.
 Develop new business with strategic accounts through deployment and application of global technology and services portfolio.
 Grow company’s reach and market share in MicroNutrition (feed additives) by leveraging local portfolio and capabilities along with the global products lines.
2) Talent Development
 Recruit, supervise, train, lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets, and ensure a talent
pipeline is in place to drive current and future business growth.
 Identify key talents in the organization and mentor them for faster development and growth.
 Facilitate training programs that development the core sales competencies and capabilities for commercial team.
3) Technology Deployment and Marketing Leadership
 Collaborate with SMT (Strategic Marketing and Technology) to understand market insights of
customer and industry needs to develop innovation and marketing strategies for the business.
 Maintain and build product portfolio that maximizes growth in poultry, dairy and aqua
nutrition space by leveraging the company’s global knowledge with local maret needs.
 Develop, build and execute local marketing campaigns that align commercial, marketing, and
technical resources to drive customer intimacy and engagement.
 Explore and develop technology to leverage company’s digital portfolio (Formulation, NIR,
Digital Insights, etc) to help solve customer problems and grow business results.


 Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or relevant industries. Background in Animal Nutrition/Veterinary Medicine/Animal Sciences is desirable.
 10+ years’ experience in Sales Leadership experience, preferably in poultry animal nutrition/health or related agricultural industries.
Strong expertise in Sales processes: Customer Focused Sales Model.
 Proven success in leading the development and implementation of Sales and Marketing strategies.
 Strong business acumen.
 Advanced experience positively influencing and collaborating a large and diverse team.
 Strong leadership and communication skills – Ability to lead, engage, and motivate the
commercial team, build capabilities and help the team win customer business.
 Demonstrated decision-making and problem solving ability.
 Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
 Excellent communication skills.
 Customer Relationship Management.
 High learning agility.
 Ability to effectively collaborate within company’s Animal Nutrition and with other BU’s.
