Responsibilites

▪ 10 years working experience of brand building. Understanding of customer and market
needs, knows how to do brand management.
▪ Independent mature and able to make by themselves.
▪ Must be able to lead and develop strong relationship with distributors and communicate
directly with the key accounts.
▪ Proven success in sales and/or marketing in the field of feed, feed additives, nutrition
role model as well as business development skills are needed.
To service existing customers.
▪ To expand the customer network in local country.
▪ To develop initiatives to create new sales areas.
▪ To ensure good communication with the product management and research &
development team.
▪ To support locally products and provide regular product performance feedback to
product mangers.
▪ To program and support local product trials and product application programs.
▪ To prepare the budget for the Territory.
▪ Understand competitor and customer information in order to create awareness of local
market trends and competitors.
▪ Achieve budgeted volumes, margin & profit contribution.
▪ Manage all sales costs within budgeted levels.
▪ Maintain up to date and accurate sales forecasts. Ensure effective selling price changes
are implemented as and when required.
▪ Develop and maintain sales pipeline and track progress of new business gain.
▪ Constantly evaluate all channels to market to ensure optimum market penetration and
growth is achieved.
▪ Operate an effective Key Account Management and Development program.
