Responsibilites
Build strong and long lasting relationships with relevant key stakeholders on software procurement within a number of selected Innova accounts (often on C-level)
Secure the selected Innova accounts are fully aware of the entire Innova Food Processing software offering
Work as a trusted partner to our customers on strategic software discussions, planning and budgeting
Secure Innova Life Cycle Support Agreements are renewed year-on-year in close corporation with our Customer Care Manager Teams
Work closely and coordinate with our sales and service network to secure good alignment on account planning and activities
Take the lead on Innova MES sales opportunities on new potential accounts in the region when applicable and in agreement with our Industry Sales team
Assist and support our sales network on larger Innova software sales opportunities
Meet personal and team targets
Provide market intelligence on new trends and market developments
Work closely with Innova service team to secure high customer satisfaction
Qualifications
High degree of understanding on software sales and the underlying sales process
Demonstrated strong ability to establish and maintain long-lasting relationships at C-level
Good understanding of the value software and software contracts brings and have the ability to communicate the value to Innova existing and current accounts
Ability to execute agreed tasks & deadlines against performance criteria (KPI).
Strong advocate for the proposed solution and the product with background in customer business benefits
Structured, punctual and analytic approach
Good oral and written communication skills on a personal and group level
Persistent and experience with medium to long sales cycles
+5 years Software sales experience is a basic requirements of filling this position
Preferably the experience is from a company offering similar solutions as Innova.
