  • Manage and grow the company’s leading products business through their existing network of distributors in local market, identifying and signing up new distributors where appropriate.
  • Manage & develop our client current distributors.
  • Manage market regions of Thailand, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Myanmar, and Pakistan.
  • Achieve / exceed sales targets for agreed territories.
  • Prepare and implement key account plans for customers.
  • Utilise all appropriate product licenses for territory by searching for most appropriate local distributors and completing contractual agreements
  • Provide line manager with regular feedback of activities – planned and otherwise, via call plans, weekly reports and other agreed communications
  • Work closely with Technical Services Managers to develop our clients business throughout the territory.
  • Debt collection & management
  • Sales forecasting for budgeting & stock replenishment
  • Territory Promotional budget responsibility 


  • Experienced in in animal health, particularly with anti-infectives within the pig and poultry (more focus on poultry).
  • Capable of be a link between self, distributor and key accounts, particularly able to key account management.
  • Ability to administrational work related to distribution management.
  • Very well connected with all Key poultry producers in Thailand and other regions, reliable, work with high ethics.
  • Better with Veterinarian background.
