 Mixed of Science (Veterinary, zootechnical or fisheries) and Business education is preferable.
 Management experience with a proven track record in the agro-business context.
 Experience in the aquaculture industry preferably.
 Commercially astute and ambitious
 Strong sense of ownership on results.
 Strong strategic thinker
 Excellent customer focused skills with pride on developeing and maintaining relations with key customers.
 Project management skills
 Able to work collaborately within the organization.
 Highly autonomous with effective time management abilities
 Flexible and able to travel nationally
