 Responsible for all Marketing in the region in close collaboration with colleagues in the
global marketing and communication teams, specifically the customer solutions team
 Produce marketing plans for all activities across the region, correlated with the customer
solution marketing team and regional priorities set by the Regional General Manager
 Work as a trusted partner to the Regional General Manager and the leadership team
ensuring all marketing activities are aligned with regional activities across the region
 Comfortable working with senior management to support strategic planning activities by
conducting internal and external market intelligence research and analysis, preparing
actionable reports, interpreting the findings, and making strategic recommendations on
those findings.
 Run and execute stand out and effective marketing campaigns across the region
 Responsible for the quality and clarity of the positioning, messaging, storytelling, collateral,
online content and sales enablement materials for the region
 Tailor marketing materials according to local differences
 Be a key driver and support for all exhibitions and events taking place across your region as
well as evaluate and tactically asses our attendance and outcome
 Understanding the needs of the region and provide proactive and extensive input for the
customer solution marketing plans from a regional level
 Launch new products and releases and manage/coordinate these in collaboration with the
customer solution marketing managers across the region
 Actively manage and monitor activities and budget across the region
 Report, review and analyze on all regional marketing activities effectiveness across the
 Project manage marketing projects across the region
 Support on other marketing activities regionally in collaboration with Sales, Service, HR etc.


 Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business administration or
other relevant discipline
 1 – 3 year’s experience with product marketing management or technical sales support role
in an international organisation
 Strong English skills, both written and verbal
 Experience working with marketing in a multinational organization
 Experience with and comfort working in multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an
 Experience with working in a Matrix organization is an advantage
