• Responsibility for driving the strategy of key brand(s)/species. Drive the marketing planning
for key brands(s)/species to maximize market opportunity and align with global branding
guidelines. Improve sales, revenue and market share. Represent brand (s)/species among
internal and external teams
• Accountable for the development and execution of the affiliate strategy and marketing Plan,
in working with Management, Sales and Technical teams to ensure alignment and collaboration to maximize business.
• Marketing analysis, Development and Execution of Affiliate Category and Brand Plan
• Coordination of the production and supply of promotional material
• Management of Expenditure, Production & Sales Forecasting/inventory
• Focus on Customer Centricity
• Development of business relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic accounts


• Undergraduate degree above, major in Veterinary, animal science, , Master degree
• Minimum of 3+years of experience in Swine/Poultry including vaccine Marketing or related
• Fluent English in both spoken and written, CET 6 is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in working effectively with teams and various functional areas
such as research, development, marketing services, finance, customer service, and business
• Strong understanding of customer requirements and be able to articulate these
requirements into valuable, defensible product positions.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and drive to
achieve positive results.
• Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent planning and execution.
• Excellent organizational and implementation skills
• Strong Communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal
