Responsibilites

1. Achieve budgeted volumes, margin & profit contribution.
2. Manage all sales costs within budgeted levels.
3. Maintain up to date and accurate sales forecasts. Ensure effective selling price changes are
implemented as and when required.
4. Develop and maintain sales pipeline and track progress of new business gain.
5. Constantly evaluate all channels to market to ensure optimum market penetration and
growth is achieved.
6. Operate an effective Key Account Management and Development program.
7. Deliver highly focused & accountable weekly management of the China/Taiwan sales
pipeline to achieve desired account closure conversion rates.
8. In conjunction with the Technical & Business Development staff ensure all products and
services are being utilized to their optimum potential with customers and prospects, within
agreed expense levels.
9. Within an agreed framework, recruit, on-board, train and develop all staff to ensure their
enterprise knowledge, selling & KAM skills are of the highest level.
10. Complete annual plans for all sales staff and conduct regular reviews with all to ensure
company revenue growth plans are delivered.

Qualifications

1 .Practical knowledge of the China Animal Feed/Poultry/Swine industry.
2. Successful track record (demonstrable over a sustained period) in a results driven field
focused leadership role within the Commercial, Sales or Marketing functions in the Feed
Additive, Poultry or related industries.
3. Highly developed people leadership, selling & KAM management skills.
4. Team player, ability to lead & motivate remotely based people across large geographies.
5. Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills in all aspects.
6. Attention to detail and fiscally aware.
7. Take a flexible approach to working around multiple time zones as part of a global
organization, along with the ability to take frequent international travel.
8. Postgraduate in the Poultry/Swine, Master in Business Administration or relevant subject.
9. Excellent oral and written in English.
