1. Understand and translate changing market dynamics into an actionable strategy and execute it to accomplished the pre-set objectives determined on the sales & marketing plan.
2. Steer high performance sales and marketing teams into the strategy development for individual market segments, pricing trends reviews, expected geospatial market trends examination etc. while providing focus on lead generation for the Sales organization.
3. Lead the development of new business initiatives while product is in a pilot or launching phase by amending product design, delivery, packaging etc. based on the input received from trials.
4. Monitor the competitive business climate, technology trends and government activities in areas of company’s present and anticipated new products and solutions.
5. Account responsible for the specie P&L making any necessary attempt to balance it, taking into consideration real market trends and optimization of resources and capabilities to increase portfolio profitability short and medium term.
6. Define, implement and manage a Key Account Management multi-disciplinary strategy around key customers.
7. Develop and implement an annual comprehensive integrated marketing, communications, public relations and promotions plan, holding responsibility for the annual marketing budget.
8. Provide support in the execution of the Marketing plan through the development of a marketing database and by engaging with suppliers whenever required in favour of the marketing programs, advertising campaigns and other initiatives.
9. Work in a consulting capacity with marketing, product and KA managers to produce profitable business and product plans, taking action to improve systems and processes to maximize business intelligence


 Proven track record of success and performance of at least 5 years
 Poultry, Swine, Ruminant or Animal Health / Former role in Marketing or Product Management or KAM
 Veterinary / Medicine / Business Admin./ Finance degree
 Person who has a high level of innovative and creative thinking to develop client plans
 Strong EQ and desire to succeed and win
 Team player who can lead motivate and train the team
