Responsibilites

1.To increase the turnover of existing accounts by maintaining structured and targeted contacts in the allocated area

2.Meet and exceed agreed sales targets, fully supported by senior managers, manufacturer representatives, and provided with the appropriate tools and training in order to achieve targets

3.Maintaining strong relationships with the Company’s existing customer base. To inform all accounts of the complete range and package of services by evaluating the current sales and product results by means of data/information

4.To identify market potential by qualifying accounts in the form of a tactical account plan, use this account analysis to prepare plans to win this prospect

5.Maximizing all business opportunities, and seeking new customers to join a strong existing client base

6.To provide technical support to clients during visits. Carry out targeted visits to end users to gain new business

7.Drive and initiative to achieve and increase territory turnover and bottom line profitability, including cold calling where appropriate

8.Analyzing local and national market intelligence and identifying potential growth areas

9.Developing and sustaining a strong culture of prospecting the assigned trading territory to ensure the Company remains ahead of its competitors and is successful in cultivating new and conquest business

Qualifications

1、Education
-BSc Animal health, Animal Science, Engineering or other related degree program

2、Experience
-3 years or more years of proven Sales Management experience with regard to hard goods such as installed poultry equipment
-Professional business, leadership experience including leading and developing a team

3、Skills and Abilities
-Excellent business acumen with strong leadership / mentoring skills
-Ability to build, retain and motivate a high-performing sales team
-Previous Sales Engineering or Sales Production experience with poultry equipment very beneficial
-Financial acumen; ability to assess and evaluate implications of quarterly/annual goals attainment, pricing, programs, equipment financing and customer financial needs.
-Strong interpersonal skills as well as strong sales and networking skills
-Self-directed with ability to work well within a matrix reporting work culture
-Professional maturity, adaptability and responsiveness to employee, customer and peer needs or concerns.
-Excellent oral and written English communication skills
