 Support the rollout and embedding of the Enterprise Risk Management policy, processes and supporting software platform (Resolver Core).
 Work with respective regional/national leadership and management teams to ensure
buy-in and compliance with risk management standards.
 Provide support to discussions which identify and assess risks and mitigating actions.
 Provide a credible source of challenge to leadership and management.
 Ensure risk coordination between the business functions.
 Assist businesses in prioritising their risk mitigation and action plans.
 Assist the Compliance and Risk Manager to consolidate reporting of information required for business communication, and other tasks.
 Work with management to identify risk areas where they are operating outside of tolerance, and support them to create actions that mitigate risk to an acceptable level.
 Facilitating risk workshops that identify risks (threats and opportunities) to objectives.
 Using established tools and techniques to drive a proactive risk management culture,that also is prepared to react to risks and avoid escalation into costly crises.
 Delivery of training and awareness programmes regarding risk management and software.
 Supporting the risk management process from identification, through to assessment, management, response and action.
 Supporting the Compliance and Risk Manager in reporting to the business.
 Facilitation and communication of key risk matters.
 Supporting embedding of mature risk culture – leaders and management using risk information to make decisions
 Administrating the risk software (Resolver Core), provide primary support to end users and work with risk team to prioritise configuration requests.
 Provide a quality check and review of the information in the risk registers.
 Managing adoption and use of Resolver Core by engaging with frontline personnel.


 Experience of operating internationally.
 Self-starter with ability to define their role and remit for themselves and the group.
 Demonstrable record of implementing risk management processes as part of a management team in enterprise risk or project management roles.
 Able to engage at the strategic, tactical and operational levels of the business with leadership, management and frontline employees respectively.
 The capacity to conceive, introduce and drive change and innovation across a large, diverse organisation, with sensitivity to the culture.
 Commercial awareness and ability to understand broad business issues.
 Strong aptitude for developing new systems-based skills, or experience administering risk management platforms.
 Resourceful and tenacious with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
 Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills and the ability to persuade others and work in a collaborative style.
 Time and task management, planning, numerical, networking and negotiating skills.
 Flexible and able to re-prioritise continually.
