Responsibilites

Create a structured market plan designed to achieve company strategic goals with appropriately resourced and trained workforce, optimized sales visit planning and selected marketing activities.
 Responsible for thoroughly understanding sales budgets/targets both in volume and margin (based on discount management) and market share within the region.
 Drive regional performance by ensuring profitable development of sales contracts, including correct sales proposition, terms and conditions, discounts, installation budget and seeking opportunities to up sell other equipment, preventative maintenance, spare parts and other service products.
 Capable to drive the Fish ambitious sales targets, providing significant year over year growth in a rapidly evolving market.
 Enable client relationships including liaising and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the market.
 Pro-actively collect, analyze and report to the Sales Director Global (Fish) market/industry information and trends which have an impact on customer behavior or any work force planning opportunities that can improve and enable greater efficiency in overall performance.
 Participate in regional organizational commercial activities (workshops, exhibitions, trade shows, demos and other networking events).
 Provide leadership and mentoring to the Sales Manager whilst continuously managing performance to ensure that both the team and individuals perform to their full potential.
 Ensure that the Sales Manager work effectively and efficiently in preparing visit reports, lead registrations and maintaining an updated CRM system.
 Co-operate closely with Site Management, Project Management, Engineering, and Service and Supply Chain to achieve regional goals and targets.
 Embed company’s policies, procedures and WHS.

Qualifications

Experience in a Sales Management position.
 Experience in conducting the sales of Capital Equipment (including significant transactions over €3m Euros per transaction).
 Previously managed a team working in multiple locations.
 Experience working in the fish or other seafood processing industries, or in international capital goods sales (desirable).
 Previously worked in international matrix organization (desirable).
 Tertiary qualifications – Bachelor’s degree or higher
 Experience in utilizing CRM software – Sales force (desirable)
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Excellent time management and organizational skills – ability to prioritize tasks to meet regional goals.
 Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
 Exercise initiative and sound judgment.
 Client-oriented and skilled in liaising
 Fluent in English language both spoken and written. Other Asian languages an advantage, with Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai being preferred.
 Ability to undertake travel (at least fifty per cent of the time).
