Main Responsibilities
1. Assuming responsibility for the sales region as well as the agreed sales targets;
2. Identifying potential dealers and building up a dealer network;
3. Establish successful contacts to farmers, municipalities and other important decision maker;
4. Executing continuous market and competition monitoring;
5. Identifying growth potential by analysing market potentials;


1. Excellent sales skills and high proficiency in concluding deals;
2. Technical apprenticeship or a study program in the area of agriculture, agricultural technology or engineering;
3. First professional experiences in sales of consultation-intensive products;
4. Awareness of the local conditions;
5. Native Chinese speaker and fluent in English or German;
6. Strong communications and teamworking skills, the ability to perform under stress and the willingness to travel;
