1. Maintain regular contact and visits with a portfolio of customers, in accordance with a
defined monthly visit plan and customer requirements;

2. Increase revenue and product volume of designated accounts, achieving excellent levels
of customer satisfaction, while suggesting and subsequently driving business development
and promotion initiatives within these key accounts;

3. Follow up on outstanding balances, ensuring that clients pay as their contractual terms
define in order to help manage cash flow and reduce potential bad debts, ensuring
accounts are covered by relevant, suitable, in-date supply contracts;

4. Develop profitable new accounts in assigned regions;

5. Maintain a consistent sales programme based on customer’s estimated requirements,
providing a monthly rolling 3-month sales forecast to the Supply Chain Manager to assist
with procurement allocation for key accounts;

6. Monitor competitor activity and report significant developments to the General Manager,
participating in quarterly pricing reviews for key accounts.

7. Utilise and respect internal company policies, procedures and systems in order to ensure
compliance with corporate policies.

8. Maintain close contact with a portfolio of accounts and potential accounts to ensure the
company’s products continue to meet customer requirements and to gather information
regarding development of these sales channels;

9. Maintain client records within the Client Relations Management System (Salesforce),
updating on a daily basis with relevant meeting information and client feedback;

10. Work in an ethical and legal manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.



• At least 5 years experience in FMCG sales or marketing
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Computer literacy
• University degree in business or marketing preferred
• Willingness to travel regularly


1. Written weekly activity report presented to the National Sales Manager containing:
– Customer visits and activity (from salesforce)
– Month to Date Revenue vs budget/sales target, profit margin for each key account
– Outstanding balance report for associated key accounts
– Supply contract status for key accounts
– Expense report (from salesforce)
– New key account research and approach plan.
– Competitor news and information

2. Written monthly report for National Sales Manager containing update on all customer activity during the
month as per above weekly reporting measures and a rolling 3-month sales forecast – given the limited
number of accounts, there should be an update on every key account each month, supported by entries in
