Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Comply with the annual agreed sales target, watching carefully for the client’s solvency and the risk of the planned operations.
Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets. Build and recruit a professional sales team, train, support and motivate it.
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements .
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. Assurance of a security stock that covers any eventuality.
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market/ product opportunities.
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client’s needs.
Help with official registration in the area or other managements tasks if needed.
Comply strictly with the control protocols of the headquarters concerning planning of commercial visits, deadlines, CRM feedback and report of expenses associated with the proper development of their professional activity.
Coordinate with the headquarters departments ( finance, sales, technicians, marketing, export, other) the proposal, definition and implementation of our corporative guidelines taking each market into account.


3 – 5 years sales working experience on swine feeds/besemixes and feed additives. At least 3 years within the National Sales manager.
Strong communication and team management/ support skill, experience building and managing a high performance sales team.
Real access to key accounts/customers in the industry.
Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
Veterinary/ Animal nutrition studies related desirable.
