Responsibilites
Work with consultants to provide on-site technical support to existing and potential clients.
Provide customer solutions and technical support materials for specific customers.
Conduct complex research on product development to understand product attributes and system operation.
Compile and analyze project update data, work with external suppliers to test new products and technologies, propose recommendations for applications discussion.
Organize project data and conclusions for internal and client presentations, assist with product demonstrations in meetings with potential clients display and service as a subject guide.
Stay ahead of product insights and research to increase product value.
Keep applications and value collections up-to-date in the system.
Handle complex issues independently with minimal oversight, while escalating only the most complex issues to the appropriate staff.
Qualifications
Master’s degree or above, major in animal nutrition and other related majors
At least seven years of technical experience in the ruminant industry
Solid technical foundation
Good communication skills both inside and outside the team
