Main Responsibilities
• Definition and execution of the action plan necessary to develop the company´s strategy in APAC.
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure the desired results and their consistency with the overall strategy and mission.
• Develop new business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
• Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legal terms and business ethics.
• Build strategic relationships with key partners and stakeholders and manage key account relationships
• Be involved in tenders and have the sense to know how to win tenders and grow the business
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and the specific industry sector
• Define the annual sales forecast & budget (economic and financial) of the business unit and the respective areas in charge.


• Technical knowledge in engineering. You do not need to know anything about the poultry industry, but you need to be able to learn
• Good understanding of what it takes to lead and motivate a sales team
• Experience in the Asian Region is good but not essential.
• An ability to work with and get along with all different kinds of people at different levels in the organization
• A self-starter, this will be your business to run and to manage
