Responsibilites

1. Contribute to business planning and sales begetting at executive level for the BU;

2. Develop sales strategies and plans, manage day-to-day sales activities and monitor sales
performance against budget;

3. Develop the strategy for sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising and pricing;

4. Monitor the cost and effectiveness of sales activities to optimize resources and prioritize
spending;

5. Work in close collaboration with Customer Solutions to ensure a smooth order handling
process and by forwarding feedback from customers or new product ideas/markets
requirements to the respective departments

6. Other relevant duties or assignments by company

Qualifications

1、Education
Bachelor or above in Agriculture or Mechanical, MBA is a plus

2、Experience

Experiencein in Poultry industry

Extensive experience in sales role and good track record of performance

At least 5+ years in management role

3、Professional Skills / Knowledge
English is a must

4、Behavior Competencies

       Strategic;

       Strong business acumen;

       Strong interpersonal skills;

       Result driven

       Can travel frequently
