Responsibilites

 Make annual key account sales target according to company
requirement and lead the team to implement it.
 Participate in making sales strategy, specific sales plan and sales
forecast.
 Participate in the formulation and improvement of sales policies,
norms and systems to adapt to the development of the market.
 Collect all kinds of market information, and timely feedback to superior
and Marketing Department.
 Assist in the recruitment, training and assessment of subordinate staff,
strengthen team building and assist subordinate staff to complete the
assigned task indicators.
 Supervise the collection of accounts
 Assist superior to deal with market crisis public relations.
 Cooperate with the Marketing Department to assist in the
development of enterprise products and enterprise brand promotion
plans, market information research, and supervise the
implementation.
 Handle customer complaints properly and receive customer visits.

Qualifications

 Bachelor degree or above in animal husbandry, veterinary science,
marketing management or related field.
 At least 5 years of marketing experience, at least 3 years of sales
management experience in an enterprise, with working background in
animal husbandry industry (preferably with key customer resources), and a deep
understanding of development in this field
 Strong experience in marketing, business negotiation and customer
management
 Sensitive business and market awareness, strong problem analysis
and problem solving ability, excellent resource integration ability and
business promotion ability.
 Good communication and cooperation skills and experience in team
building.
