Responsibilites
Make annual key account sales target according to company
requirement and lead the team to implement it.
Participate in making sales strategy, specific sales plan and sales
forecast.
Participate in the formulation and improvement of sales policies,
norms and systems to adapt to the development of the market.
Collect all kinds of market information, and timely feedback to superior
and Marketing Department.
Assist in the recruitment, training and assessment of subordinate staff,
strengthen team building and assist subordinate staff to complete the
assigned task indicators.
Supervise the collection of accounts
Assist superior to deal with market crisis public relations.
Cooperate with the Marketing Department to assist in the
development of enterprise products and enterprise brand promotion
plans, market information research, and supervise the
implementation.
Handle customer complaints properly and receive customer visits.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above in animal husbandry, veterinary science,
marketing management or related field.
At least 5 years of marketing experience, at least 3 years of sales
management experience in an enterprise, with working background in
animal husbandry industry (preferably with key customer resources), and a deep
understanding of development in this field
Strong experience in marketing, business negotiation and customer
management
Sensitive business and market awareness, strong problem analysis
and problem solving ability, excellent resource integration ability and
business promotion ability.
Good communication and cooperation skills and experience in team
building.
