Responsibilites
Develop business relationships with the largest and high tech farms in China.
Develop business with regional distributors for professional products.
Deliver technical knowledge to farmers and distributors.
Provide local after sales support.
Develop strong relationships with end users and understand their needs, opportunities,
new product needs and how to partner together.
Strategically develop the China business.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years working experience in plant industry ( breeding, fertilizer, nursery,
nutrition, etc.).
Experience in dealing with and working with large nurseries.
Good reputation and a strong track record in sales.
Technical knowledge of the plant industry.
Good communications and network within the horticulture industry.
Bachelor degree or above in Horticulture or related major.
Excellent oral and written English, native Mandarin Chinese is a must, as is the skill to
communicate with a wide range of shareholders.
Ability to work independently with technical and commercial support from the European
office.
Home office position with travel up to 80% of time.
This position reports to the Area Manager for China based in Europe.
