Responsibilities:
– Constantly seek to grow customer base and increase Sales while improving margins ensuring budget requirements are met and providing  Solutions to Customers.
– Responsible for Key Account Management: Maintain key customers and develop strong relationship with key customers. Take initiatives to Develop other Key Accounts.
– Execute Sales strategy in terms of channel development and Product Development.
– Maintain a transparent communication with General management; Advise on Market Potentials, Changing Trends, competitor activity, key Industry movement and other relevant information.
– Responsible for Marketing strategies, tactics, and plans to accelerate business growth.
– Participate in the preparation of strategic planning and provide relevant market information. Develop Sales strategies, tactics, and plans to  Accelerate business growth. Execute, monitor and review both long and short            Term   objectives.
– Establish effective communication within the teams, providing direction, insights, ensuring activities and performance.
– Regular activity with team members to build leadership, develop advanced Sales skills and sustain their motivation and engagement.
– Assist and guide sales team in preparation of proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

Requirements:
– 7 to 10 years relevant sales experience and at least 5 years in a similar, Regional Sales Manager level position with successful track record
– Good general understanding of the pig and feed industry and relevant technical knowledge in pig production fields
– Successful team management experience
– Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
– Passionate, willing to take challenges and develop new opportunities
– Sense of responsibility and result oriented
– Capable and confident in influencing and interacting with people at all levels
– Be decisive, result-oriented, aggressive, excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
– Independent
– Willing to travel extensively
