Responsibilites
Achieve the sales objective.
Close follow up on collections.
Organize and accompany, when requested, the visits of the technical or Marketing support from either the local organization or the Headquarters.
Carry out the allocated Business Plan: sell, negotiate and manage products according to the values and the policies of the company.
Identify new business opportunities: know and maintain contact with current and potential customers, prescribes and veterinarians.
Identify and relate to the key people with power of decision in your area.
Suggest the needed resources in order to achieve the allocated Business Plan.
Study and know well the products of the company: features and benefits.
Promote the available portfolio in his/her assigned territory.
Manage the network of distributors in your area by:
* Identifying the needs of the distributor
* Training and collaboration with the distributor sales network.
* Monitoring compliance of the distributor’s purchasing target.
Manage client credit.
Collect market data, stock prices and competition.
Keep customer files up to date.
Prepare and submit documentation required by the company in a timely manner.
Collaborate and implement improvement ideas in their area of responsibility (with approval from their reporting).
Assist in general with their reporting.
Qualifications
Sciences or Business degree
Good command of English will be highly valued.
2 years’ experience at sales level in the Animal Health sector, preferably in Biologicals.
Great sense of responsibility, good negotiation skills, and good communication skills.
Someone who enjoys working in team environment.
Positive mindset and oriented to results.
Get used to in a long term travelling
