Responsibilites

1、Manage the business of International at assigned key accounts within the region to maximize profit short and long term, deliver value, and achieve business objectives. Achieve assigned targets in sales revenue, gross profit, team SG&A and other KPIs.

2、Setup and complete Account Plans, Strategies & Opportunities of China Strategic Accounts in Sales Force for the Strategic accounts in collaboration with requested account teams. Maintain a timely and transparent communication with account teams on a regular basis.

3、Establish and maintain sustainable long-term business relationships with assigned accounts, influencers, and external partners, and understand their pain points, decision making drivers, and opportunities.

4、Manage the completion of ongoing trials and marketing activities that are consider relevant for the assigned key accounts.

5、Lead the NEA SAM team; create a team environment with clear objectives and expectations. Supervisor and support team members’ development by providing training and coaching.

6、Oversee compliance and adhere to the Management System (NMS)/NIS and all policies and procedures related to position assignment. Demonstrate core values and strategy in daily operation.

Qualifications

1、Advanced degree (MS/MBA) or Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of account management or related experience.

2、Regional or cross-country operation experiences is a plus.

3、Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of key account management to the completion of complex assignments.

4、Proven expertise and C-level relationships at in animal protein and food industries, animal nutrition and health businesses in China particularly.

5、Strong cross-functional skills to effectively work with multiple colleagues, manage conflict, negotiate effectively, and achieve desired results.

6、Sales and marketing experience and multi-national business knowledge to act on competitive landscape and market opportunities.

7、Recognized expertise in developing business strategies that successfully and consistently achieve sales targets for key accounts.

8、Ability to conduct complex situational analysis and quickly determine course of action in response to customer problems.

9、Ability to establish, grow and manage long-term relationships with customers for optimum results.

10、Strong leadership skills to set direction and collaborate across the region to determine critical areas of focus for key accounts.
