  • Responsible for collecting and analyzing marketing information for assigned products/Species, including industry information, competitors product benchmarking.
  • Responsible for setting up Marketing Strategies of assigned products/ Species in Northeast Asia through market survey and analysis; develop promotion plan and cooperate cross functionally to implement.
  • Coordinate with Technical Service team and Mar-com team to develop the marketing tool kit to support local Sales activities.
  • Coordinate with Regional Sales team, Technical Service team and Mar-com team to plan, implement and evaluate local promotion events, e.g. Key Account seminars and conferences.
  • Cooperate with Plant, Registration, Supply Chain and Sales to ensure the Marketing strategies for assigned products are well delivered.


  • Master or above majored in Marketing, Animal Nutrition, Management or other equivalent majors, relevant experience in MNC for more than 3-5 years.
  • Good knowledge in Feed, Feed additive and animal nutrition industry.
  • Experience in Product Management, Feed additive sales and other relevant functions would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills. Customer oriented, result driven, capability of working independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent in MS Office tools. Proficient in both written and oral English.
