  • Establish direct and impactful long term relationship with key accounts Animal Health managers and key opinion leaders, attending Swine industry meetings and acting as a contributor and/or solution provider towards them.
  • Run field trials and ensure adapted monitoring systems to accomplish results.
  • Guarantee proper communication on technical matters within the subsidiary.
  • Report activity protocols and trial results to colleagues and corporate team.
  • Manage the corporate support needs and interactions.
  • Provide to corporate thorough feedback on the current local market situation (trends, evolution and competition) as well as on the perception & performance of the Swine range upon it.
  • Participate actively on national technical & relevant industry network events.
  • Ensure periodic training of the national organization at all levels on Swine scientific/technical subjects.



  • Master degree in veterinary related major.
  • At least 5 years key account( Wens) management working experience in China market.
  • Good oral and written in English.
  • Able to travel frequently.
