Responsibilites

▪ Develop new strategies, tactics and action plans for future growth of company’s products in swine market.
▪ Build up and maintain strong relationship with national and regional key accounts in swine industry.
▪ Direct, motivate and train the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
▪ Establish and manage the distributor network across the country.
▪ Cooperate with marketing and technical support departments in the U.S. by leveraging expertise and the relevant resources to help boost sales performance.
▪ Collect, analyze and report market data in swine industry to assist in creating business plan.

Qualifications

▪ Master’s degree or above in swine nutrition, veterinary medicine and swine production.
▪ At least 5 years of sales, marketing or technical service experience in swine nutrition, health or production.
▪ Strong experience in team building, project management and coordination.
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
