‒ To design, implement and maintain updated a medium and long-term (3 years) species plan.

‒ To understand and analyse the market, its relationship with the strategic products and customer needs.

‒ To be aware of competitor’s position in terms of pricing and product launchings, leading any action to be undertaken together with the BM, RTMM and Corporate Marketing.

‒ Together with the local sales force, identify potential customers and sales opportunities.

‒ To provide local market information to the RTMM and BM.

‒ In collaboration with the RTMM and Corporate Marketing, implement the Products Marketing Plan in the country for the relevant species.

‒ To be the local responsible person for all product launches within the species, in close coordination with the Corporate Marketing and RTMM.

‒ To ensure the price positioning for all products related to the species.

‒ To ensure the adoption of the Marketing Tools / Services available in the country for the relevant species (Medical Devices, Diagnos, Origins, Guarantee Contracts….).

‒ To stay current in technical matters, leading the technical services within the territory

‒ To advise customers on product use.

‒ To assure adequate product knowledge of the commercial team: product and technical training, knowledge assessment sessions. To implement corrective measures if required.

‒ To participate in the recruitment and the onboarding process of the species technical positions.

‒ To lead, manage and motivate her/his team by following up on goals and achievements of each person.

‒ Manage and interact with the local opinion leaders in coordination with the BM and the RTMM.


Studies: Degree in Veterinary Medicine.

Languages: Good command of English is required.

Work experience: 5 years, on the Species market. Good relationship with key players in the country.


 Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships
 Ability to think ahead, to plan, prioritize and monitor activities/projects
 Strong collaboration skills in a matrixed organization
 Positive attitude and customer focused
