Main Responsibilities
 Technical and service department management:
 To be a key member of the China commercial team;
 To be a bridge between China customers and the Oversea technical and RD team, communicate precisely and timely;
 Daily management of the performance of the technical and service engineers;
 Deliver technical training to the distributors and provide with on-site support when necessary
 Solve all the technical issues for the key accounts along with the distributors
 Warranty and goods return management
 Support the business from technical perspective:
 Client satisfactions construction
 Presales support
 Marketing issue (show, conference etc.) support

Qualifications

Requirements
 Electronic, automatic control engineering education bachelor degree or higher
 5+ years technical or service experiences in companies with good reputation
 Beef, dairy or swine farming equipment, engineering company background is a +
 Excellent interpersonal communication skills
 Driving license
 Proficient in computer skill
 Excellent English reading and writing ability
 Positive working attitude
 Frequently traveling acceptable
 Team work spirit, open minded and self-motivated
 Being patient and pleasant under pressure
