  • Be responsible for the technical service work in the relevant area, visit the customers, and provide the appropriate solution to the customer’s questions.
  • Keep track of ongoing technical service work and make suggestions to companies and customers.
  • Hold the technical seminars, Assist in the development of new products
  • Establish product testing base, case localization, establish local bench marking, and establish reliable product data support locally.
  • Be responsible for training and developing and giving the training to KA.
  • Complete any other tasks delegated by innovation department director.


  • Preferably a PhD degree in monogastric animal nutrition industry (mainly in pig and poultry).
  • At least 5 years related working experience in a technical service position.
  • Excellent oral and written English.
  • Potential candidate should be self-motivated, team-working and can work independently.
  • Good personality and communication style that could work inter/intra-departments, especially with sales team, global research & technical team, and customers.
