Responsibilites

 Work closely with distributors to help support their business and their customers businesses (sub-distributors, farms and feed mills)
 Develop strong relationships with key businesses across the Thailand market
 Attend conferences, trade shows and local events to help build the brand and promote technology to the industry
 Assist in training of distributors, customers and influencers to communicate the benefits of programs:
 Monitor market trends and competition, forecast, analysing needs of customers
 Sharing market information – reporting key market information to company(including updating CRM)
 Help support local trials including working with universities, feed companies and farms to assess the benefit of technologies
 Assist in the development of marketing communication tools required in the market
 Establishes, develops and maintains effective strategic relationships with key external partners, such as governments, universities, research centers, distribution partner’s technical teams

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in agriculture as a minimum or the equivalent
 Technical and production systems knowledge
 Ten 10 years of sales experience in the Thailand market
 International influences and recognition from peers in the industry
 Bilingual (including English)
 Leadership, creativity and autonomous
 Availability to work on a flexible schedule (evenings, week-ends…) since it will require often exchanges with other global divisions.
