 Identify, recruit, and manage new channels to market for our Feed product ranges in
Vietnam, and eventually other countries within SE Asia (eg.. Thailand)
 Generate adoption trials followed by sales to farms, key accounts, feed companies, and
integrated operations within swine, poultry, and bovine segments
 Proactively manage deliveries from manufacturing sites and central distribution out to
channels, and assist the Financial Controller with payments and collections as necessary.
 Act as a regional product advocate, attending industry conferences and events to promote
the product lines.
 Ensure compliance with Code of Conduct of company by all distributors representing the
 Keep distributors and customers fully up to date in respect of marketing campaigns,
product and application news, and other relevant information.
 Report and update sales forecasts on a weekly basis for the area of accountability


 Essential: Master degree in Animal Nutrition or Veterinarian Medicine.
 Specific experience in the sale and introduction of functional ingredients into production animals, likely obtained over 8-10 years with an animal feed ingredient company.
 Must be experienced in at least one major production animal area (poultry, swine preferred), but ideally has worked with multiple species.
 Strong technical understanding of efficient feed trial design, execution, and an ability to understand, interpret, and communicate results internally and externally.
 Ability to express technical data in a commercially relevant framework, and to position data to enable simple decision making for the customer.
 Highly organized individual, able to prioritize, self-motivate, and deliver successfully in a fast-paced environment.
 Strategic thinker, able to think through adoption, plan strategies for growth, and to priorities efforts to deliver results quickly
 Willingness to travel up to 50%, of which most travel will be within Vietnam and other SE Asian countries.
 Strong relationship manager and communicator, comfortable to train and inspire others about our products.
 Strong IT skills, particularly in communications (Skype, Zoom, etc), and major packages such
as Excel, Word, Power point.
 Strong written and oral English language skills, ability to conduct business in that language.
 Fluent in written and oral Vietnamese language.
