Description

The Sacrificed Pig Shiraz exhibits an extremely deep and opaque red. The lifted aromas are an alluring and enticing assortment of exotic spices, crushed herbs and complemented by rich jam preserve fruits and the tang of black pepper and anise. Further complimented with dark fruit scents, with notes of coffee and chocolate. On the palate there is a complete myrid of teh flavour spectrum with distinctive Barossa characters reflecting the region of sun-tanned fruits, multi-layered with fig, prune and baked cherry characters. A full-bodied style of strong plum and cassis overtones with well-integrated vanillian oak flavours and fruit tannins giving life and lenght.
