AARTD offer a wide range of commercially oriented training courses that have been designed especially for the agribusiness sector. Each training programme is properly researched and customised by AARTD. The development process for a training programme is as follows:

  • Initial meeting – establish needs of the client and their priorities
  • Send a proposal with a proposed format
  • Conduct in-field visits to develop customised training material for the client
  • Final training programme presented to the client for approval
  • Conduct training. All training programmes are customised, focused on the nature of the client’s business and include real-to life case studies and practical sessions, all recorded on video for individual reference

One on one mentoring/coaching is another valuable learning tool that is employed by AARTD. This service can be provided to assist with planning, follow up to customer meetings, budgeting, presentation preparation etc.
