▪ To map the Key Accounts in the Indonesian Aqua industry and develop high level relationships with key decision makers in each key account.
▪ Develop a business strategy for each of the Key Accounts together with the Commercial Manager, Technical Manager in Indonesia.
▪ Responsible for the sales and gross margins at each Key Account on the company’s portfolio sales.
▪ Develop and coordinate technical seminars and trainings at Key Accounts on the company Aqua health and nutrition portfolio in cooperation with company regional technical expertise.
▪ Keep up to date on the current trends in the Indonesia Aqua industry and the key challenges facing the industry by species and region.
▪ Coordinate with the regional company technical experts on field and commercial trials as well as training of Key Accounts.
▪ Deliver monthly Key Account summary highlighting status of current projects at each Key Account and of new opportunities.


▪ Degree in Aqua
▪ 10 year experience in the Indonesian Aqua industry
▪ Deep and wide contacts at least 3 – 5 top Aqua integrators in Indonesia.
▪ Strong sales, marketing, presentation and negotiating skills.
▪ Good communication in English verbal and written
