Marketing Duties:
▪ Evaluate market conditions within the region as well as maintain awareness at the national and international market level, thus analyzing current prospects for business and forecasting future trends.
▪ Implement suitable product positioning within global product framework and define focused development goals for China.
▪ Develop sales strategies for marketing Dairy Ingredients’ Products.
▪ Develop and provide technical presentations to effectively market products.
▪ Ensure good understanding of customer needs, market conditions and competitor activities to develop product and channel strategies.
▪ Work closely with regional and global colleagues to get necessary support.
▪ Develop marketing communication plan through advertisements, exhibitions, seminars, mailings and other promotional activities.

Sales Duties:
▪ Lead and oversee sales & business activities for Dairy product range in China.
▪ Develop and maintain key account business with integrators and feed mills. Maintain good
relationship with existing customers and identify a strong pipeline of opportunities
▪ Collaborate with VP of Sales to develop a plan for the distribution channel and end users.
▪ Assist in the coordination of animal nutrition sales strategy together with VP of Global Sales.
▪ Grow sales by identifying potential new customers, understanding their business, and communicating our product value.
▪ Develop relationships with customers at all levels (influencers, gate keepers, decision makers, product implementers).
▪ Visit customers as needed to answer questions related to the application of products, to evaluate new application opportunities for the client, and to ensure continued product satisfaction.
▪ Work closely with HQ leadership to develop and implement sales and marketing plans including effective product pricing, margin generation and negotiation of contracts.
▪ Design and recommend sales programs and set short- and long-term sales strategies.
▪ Facilitate communication among research and development, quality assurance, customer
service and production to ensure customer satisfaction.
▪ Formulate and implement the strategic roadmap for growing company Dairy business in China, including channel management.
▪ Manage escalated product related problems with customers such as quantity/quality of product, delivery of product and associated billing issues if sales team needs assistance.
▪ Develop and deliver technical presentations to effectively market products, as well as to provide customers with thorough product information.

Management Duties:
▪ Define and develop sales organization structure and corresponding territories, which will accommodate production, customer size and location, and logistical strategic considerations.
▪ Provide leadership in building effective team-based relationships between sales, research and development, production, and all other teams.
▪ Develop annual sales and expense forecasts and participates in annual and long-term division strategic plan.


▪ Bachelor’s degree above in Food Science, Animal Science, or Veterinary Science required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
▪ 3-5 years of general sales experience is required.
▪ Minimum of 5 years in relevant sales & marketing experience in animal nutrition B2B industry in China.
▪ Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in Chinese and English
▪ Previous sales management experience is required.
▪ Ability to maintain a commercial drive, hands-on approach, can do attitude and excellent communication skills
▪ Able to travel (domestic and international) approximately 50% of the time.
▪ Knowledge of marketing strategies/techniques and the ability to analyze business trends and product cycles.
▪ Knowledge of strategic planning processes and integration of sales tactics throughout sales organization.
