 HR Operational Services
 Leads and manages the HR function to provide comprehensive and professional HR
services to the organizations in Vietnam in the area of Manpower Planning, Job
Evaluation, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management,
Training and Development, Employee Relations, and HR reporting.
 Reviews, develops, communicates and implements HR policies, processes and
procedures to ensure effective and efficient HR management which is compliant with
local statutory requirements and in line with internal guidelines at Country and
Corporate levels.
 Ensure employees in the organizations at all levels are well versed with the HR policies,
processes and systems which are relevant to their roles (i.e. managers, supervisors and
employees) via various means including timely communications and trainings.
 Supervises and coaches HR staff for effective service delivery.
 Responsible for the rollout, management and administration of the HR Information
Systems (HRIS) and any other HR-related systems, and ensure data integrity.
 Manages cost of all HR services within the set and agreed budgets.
 Participates in and contributes to HR projects at the regional level.
 Connects with and participates in external bodies/ communities to ensure the
organization’s compliance with the latest legislation with best practices in terms of HR
 HR Business Partnering
 Formulates and implements the country HR strategy in line with business and HR
strategies/ guidelines at the Country and Corporate levels
 Advises management on strategic HR topics including organizational development,
talent management, leadership development and performance management at the
country level. Recommends, aligns and implements relevant plans and initiatives.
 Facilitates and co-manages organizational and cultural changes.
 Consults and coaches operational or functional leaders on organizational development,
change management, employee management and sustainability.
 Contributes to the development and execution of the business strategy, facilitates on
driving the development of organizational capability development in the dimensions of
people and organization.
 Provides and performs quantitative and qualitative analysis to advise and support
management in making professional, legitimate and sustainable HR decisions with
internal and external compliance.
 Champions employee engagement, supporting growth and development of people in
the organization.
 Keep track of the developments and trend of HR Management and translates insights
into workable HR solutions for implementation in the organization.


 University graduates in Human Resources, Business Administrations, or related disciplines
 10 years relevant experience in Human Resources functions including the generalist role in
Multinational Corporations, with 2 years leadership experience and policy & process
 Proficient in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with organizational awareness in terms of
working in multi-cultural environment and matrix organization.
 Hands-on experience in HRIS (e.g. SuccessFactor, Oracle Fusion, Workday) management
and administration, and HR analytics.
 Logical and pragmatic yet being able to think strategically and willing to work at very handson
