▪ Manage Portfolio of COMPANY strategic key accounts effectively.

▪ Responsible for the development and achievement of sales and gross margin on country

▪ Focusing on leading the team to grow and develop existing clients, together with
generating new business.

▪ Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for leading the sales
team in the effective on-boarding of new customers.

▪ Guide and coach the team in implementing national sales programs by developing regional
sales action plans.

▪ Manage and lead the development of the entire sales team through constructive
performance feedback and performance appraisal.

▪ Recognize opportunities for sales maximization and facilitate the Customer – COMPANY
discovery process.

▪ Operate within the COMPANY Rule of 3: (1) Protect COMPANY Proprietary Property; (2)
Maintain or enhance returns for COMPANY and our stakeholders; and (3) Provide better
solutions for our customers.

▪ Create and manage sales expenditures within budget. Initiate reasonable selling prices
adjustment proposal to superior by monitoring costs and as a balance of supply and

▪ Guide team in sales forecast/revenue for area of responsibility by developing and
maintaining key account plans for each customer, negotiate price, volume and contracts,
manage Accounts Receivable.

▪ Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results and providing necessary
support to the team as needed.


▪ Bachelors, Masters Degree or PhD in animal science (health/nutrition/breeding).

▪ Solid key account and team management experience, preferable in swine industry.

▪ Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level.

▪ Highly self-motivated and result driven, with proven record of people management skill.

▪ Working knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Office.

▪ Can accept and adapt to frequent domestic travel and occasional international travel.

▪ Strong presentation, communication and relationship building skills to all levels.

▪ Able to build up and sustain long term relationship at all levels both internally and
externally, and lead team to achieve a pre-setting goal in a fast-changing environment.

▪ Able to speak and write in English.
