1. To map the Key Accounts in animal nutrition industry and develop high level relationships with key decision makers in each key account.
2. Develop a business strategy for each of the Key Accounts together with the Commercial Manager.
3. Responsible for the sales and gross margins at each Key Account on the company’s portfolio sales.
4. Keep up to date on the current trends in industry and the key challenges facing the industry by species and region.
5. Coordinate with the regional company technical experts on field and commercial trials as well as training of Key Accounts.
6. Deliver monthly Key Account summary highlighting status of current projects at each Key Account and of new opportunities.


1. Strong working relationships with key accounts in the animal nutrition industry such as feed mills, integrated pig and poultry farms.
2. Track record of sales of a technical value added product.
3. Minimum 5 years in animal nutrition or health industries.
4. Strong communication and influencing skills.
5. Fluent English.
