• Accountable for correct and timely personnel and benefits administration / pay roll processing / information & communication to employees and first point of contact to our outsourcing partner, which is responsible for the correct and timely execution of these processes
• Maintains regional focus on safety, member of safety committee
• Leads job grading, benchmarking and guardian of a competitive compensation & benefit structure
• Leads recruitment & selection incl. assessment: understanding the business requirements of a vacant position select and instruct recruiters, support selection process, coordinate assessments and support managers in the interpretation of the outcome
• Responsible for Organizational Development within the region
• Drives regional Personnel Development, including training programs
• Provides corrective action / dismissal procedures: Deals with any performance or grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional way
• Manages performance management: Drives a performance culture through execution of performance management programs, annual reviews, including talent reviews, personal development and succession planning
• Works together with other Regional HR managers on process improvements and projects

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Human Resource Management with MBA or equivalent business course (preferred)
• Minimum of eight years of relevant HR experience to full spectrum of HR functions, preferably in a similar multi-cultural environment
• Good working knowledge of regional employment legislation, compliance and governance, HR policies and best practices
• Excellent skills in written and oral English
