Responsibilites

Mission: Boost the subsidiary business by designing and implementing Swine marketing strategy.
To manage and lead technical services within the territory and species. Implement and develop
the Prevention strategy.

TMM Job Description

– Impulse the subsidiary’s sales.
– Monitor and advise on product positioning, local pricing and product profit margins.
– Implementation of the Species Products Marketing Plan in the country.
– Leverage technical knowledge and understanding of the veterinary matters proactively.
– Advise customers on product use.
– Train the sales team on technical and marketing aspects of the products.
– Lead the technical services within the territory.
– Be aware of competitors position in terms of pricing and product launchings.
– Report market information to the Species Business Unit Manager of the Corporate Marketing Dept.
– Identify opportunities and collaborate with the Species HQ Group.
– Develop and play a key role in Product presentations in the whole country.
– Roll out HQ’s marketing strategy in the subsidiary.
– Focus on promoting prevention strategy.

Qualifications

-Master degree and above
-Good command of English is required.
-Experience at least 5 years on the Species(Swine) market.
-Good relations with key players in the country.
-Good working in a team.
-Business oriented, not only technical.
-Get used to a long time travelling.
