▪ Adopt the RESPECT sales process consistently when conducting sales calls and meetings,
ensuring high yield needs are identified and commitment objectives agreed.
▪ Fully utilize our CRM System Salesforce, to ensure sales activity is recorded and our sales
database is up to date.
▪ Build robust and sustainable sales pipelines by creating a continuous source of well
qualified new opportunities.
▪ Ensure workloads are prioritized to enable new business development and customer
account management to take priority.
▪ Achieve budgeted volumes, selling prices & net contribution.
▪ In conjunction with our Technical/Engineering teams, ensure our products and services are
being fully optimized by customers.
▪ Assist the Commercial Director in the development of regional sales/marketing strategy
and then implement in the field.
▪ Prepare and submit weekly pipeline forecasts to the Commercial Director.
▪ Range sell at every opportunity and successfully launch new products as & when required.
▪ Maintain network of contacts in all other allied industries\regulatory bodies, ensuring key
influencers are aware of company products.

Key Account Management
▪ In conjunction with the Finance Team ensure all debtors are managed within agreed terms
and credit limits.
▪ Ensure Business Development Plans are devised for the territory/each country covering
products, timescales, marketing support, resources required etc.

▪ Effectively manage Distributors to ensure selling opportunities are maximized.
▪ Ensure Account Management Plans are in place which focus on;
▪ Optimizing customer retention and profitability.
▪ Maximizing the number and value of customer prospects.
▪ Maximizing range selling opportunities.
▪ Mapping products, timescales, marketing support, resources required etc.Health & Safety and Company Policy

▪ Carry out any other additional and reasonable job-related tasks as requested by your
manager, in line with the needs of the business.
▪ Ensure inter-department & cross department communication is effective.

at all the appropriate external events.
▪ Demonstrate full commitment to any relevant training and development for this role,

Person Specification
Essential skills and experience required (include qualifications if appropriate):
▪ Degree or equivalent.
▪ Fluent in Vietnamese & English.
▪ Successful & sustained track record in key account management, customer segmentation,
business development, sales & marketing in the pig/poultry feed additive industry.
▪ An in-depth practical knowledge of the (poultry) feed industry, its structure and the key
▪ Highly developed account management/negotiation/selling skills.
▪ Customer orientated.
▪ Team player and skilled in leadership of projects.
▪ Good communicator in all aspects.
▪ Computer literate.
▪ Ability to think through problems logically.
Desired skills and experience required (include qualifications if appropriate):
▪ Degree/equivalent in monogastric nutrition or Poultry/Swine production
▪ Nutritionally sound with the ability to clearly transmit information that is relevant to the
▪ Experience of working within the animal feed/feed materials market and with poultry/pig
integrators in the Vietnamese Region.
▪ Knowledge & understanding of how a modern feed mill operates.
▪ Professionally trained in selling/KAM skills
