1. Manage Portfolio of company strategic key accounts effectively;
2. Serve as Primary Customer Contact;
3. Organize and lead customer based account teams;
4. Solve Customer Concerns;
5. Develop and Implement Strategies to grow customer and company profitability;
6. Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients;
7. Responsible for the development and achievement of sales and gross margin;
8. Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business;
9. Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business;
10. Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant departments;
11. Recognize opportunities for sales maximization and facilitate the Customer;
12. Keep all Sales & Marketing expenditures within budget for area of responsibility;
13. Forecast Sales Volumes and Revenues for area of responsibility;
14. Create Sales & Marketing Budget for area of responsibility each Fiscal Year;
15. Negotiate price, volume and contracts;
16. Develop and Maintain key account plans for each customer;
17. Manage Accounts Receivable


1. Bachelors or Masters Degree;
2. Solid key account management experience with technical service background to the leading Chinese pig producers;
3. Highly self-motivated;
4. Strong presentation, communication and relationship building skills to all levels;
5. Able to build up and sustain long term relationship with all levels within key account’s organization;
6. Able to speak and write in English;
7. Frequent Domestic Travel Required; with occasional International Travel.
