Responsibilites

▪ Develop/Coach the local organization into a self sufficient/high performance organization.
▪ Set the administrative base and reducing non value added activities.
▪ Develop Compensation & Benefit models that will stimulate the organizations high
performance.
▪ Manage the local HR organization

Qualifications

▪ Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource Management or related major.
▪ At least 4-5 years HR experience in managing small medium enterprise over 100employees.
▪ Familiar with recruitment, compensation, performance appraisal, training, set up SOP and
development.
▪ Have depth knowledge of Labor Law and capable to manage every level from executives to
workers.
▪ Strong interpersonal skills, strain capacity, communication skills and problem-solving skills,
strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

▪ Good English/Chinese language skills.
▪ Based in Beijing.
