  • Identify key market/customer segments and accounts for driving growth.
  • Build deeper business relationship with keyaccounts to create a strong mindshare in Animal Nutrition and health market.
  • Providedirection to channel partners to reach milestones and accelerateprogress in customer buying cycle.
  • Design and execute marketing events for keyaccounts with key distributors.
  • Understandmarket trends/key customer needs to identify new opportunities & initiate development projects.
  • Buildup Opportunity pipeline with new products, new applications, new market segments and new channel partners at blank market.
  • Proactively update competition landscape andMarket intelligence.
  • Providefirst level technical service support to Key accounts and customers, including training to distributors’ sales team and on-site technical service to keyaccounts.

QualificationsRequirements:

 

  • Excellent track record of building strong customer relationships in Animal Nutrition market.
  • Successful track record of transforming conceptsinto sustainable business.
  • Abilityto convert market trends/customer needs into knowledge & opportunities.
  • Know ledge on product for mulations and manufacturing of Animal Nutrition products.
  • Experiences in Managing Channel partners.
  • Ambitiousand eagerness to take on Leadership roles & Managing teams in future.
  • Atleast with bachelor degree in animal nutrition or animal science, or related fields with a Business Management education in agriculture business.
  • Willing nessto travel more than 50% of working time.
  • Ability to interact at multiple levels incustomer organizations, including Owners & Senior Management and Operational level.
  • Aptitude to assimilate data & performanalysis to create scenarios, tolerance for ambiguity, ability to develop newapproaches to test solution, Comfortable in asking questions (Why, What, How,Who).
  • Open minded. Ability to perform a wide varietyof tasks and change focus as demands change; Aptitude for conflict management.
  • Self-motivated – Initiates appropriate actionsand follows through without prompting or close supervision.
  • Good English skill is a plus.
  • 15+ years of total work experience in Sales/Business Development roles with some experience in sales of AnimalNutrition products (enzymes, feed additives such as vitamins, minerals andacidifiers, etc.). Should have worked with a leading Animal Nutrition Industry player with an excellent career record.
  • Capabilities in organizing customer event- studytour, seminar or innovation interactions.
  • 3 years and more working experiences in foreigncompanies in enzymes and feed additives business is preferred.
  • MBA with animal nutrition/science educationbackground is preferred.
